Number of shares outstanding: 1,292,022,324
Number of real voting rights: 1,416,031,952

The difference between the percentage of shares and the percentage of voting rights is due to the existence of double voting rights and the fact that Sanofi and certain subsidiaries hold shares as treasury shares that don’t have voting rights.
